Description
This report, presented in PowerPoint format, discusses the findings of a major primary research study of business users in six major vertical markets in China: manufacturing; government; services; education; transportation/distribution; and banks/insurance/securities. The study, which was conducted between June 4 and 8, 2009, contains the results of a Web survey of 1,280 Chinese business printer users.
This study is available in two parts, which may be purchased separately. The report contains 171 PowerPoint slides that include 50 charts and figures. It focuses on determining how business printer users in China currently use their printers and identifying their future printer purchase intentions and preferences. It focuses on the following topics:
- ownership of hard copy hardware;
- print volume and applications;
- color printing in the office;
- use of printer supplies;
- future purchase intentions; and
- attitudes toward ink jet and laser printing in the office.
The second part of this study is called China Business Market Demand Kano Analysis and contains a Kano analysis of the data collected for the report.
